This collection of songs is a companion to my recently-released journeying album "Bird Water". They were recorded at the same time in my beautiful space in Maleny in south-east Queensland.

I am so grateful to have discovered these songs on my recent journeys... songs written so beautifully to describe the things that many of us have difficulty expressing in language. So much love and gratitude to the song-smiths!

The whole recording and mixing process was supervised by a beautiful Golden Whistler that lives in a tree outside my music room. He would add his comments in beautiful song... at times telling me that I needed to take a break and let him sing. So I dedicate this album in part to the beautiful songbirds that live in this continent. Far better singers than I will ever be!

The album artwork is based on a photo taken by Laurel Bay Tree of moonlight on the forest. Life is so beautiful!
